I had an amazing Easter weekend away! the staff were super friendly and always went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We loved the complementary Easter eggs in our room and the special Easter brunch. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. the bed was also incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.

That the breakfast buffet lacked a bit of variety, but it was still good quality. the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking, but the staff quickly brought us firmer ones upon request.

What a great experience! The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable and had a lot of useful equipment, including a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, walking distance to main streets and city center, as well as Galleria Mall and casinos. The hotel also had a bar with a lovely terrace where I enjoyed some calming drinks after a long day of work.

The breakfast was a bit basic. my room had no safe and there wasn't a proper lobby, which was surprising.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with key places just a few minutes away. The rooms are cozy and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff, particularly Valeria, Dimitry, Ucha, and Tatiana, were extremely helpful and made my stay in Minsk enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
